Come join our joyful toddler yoga class shalOM Yoga, with Miss Jordyn where movement, music, and imagination come together! In this class, little ones will explore simple yoga poses inspired by animals, nature, and stories, all while strengthening their motor skills and calming their minds. Through playful stretches and fun activities, we’ll use Hebrew songs, rhymes, and chants to make learning even more exciting and engaging.
The familiar tunes and rhythmic sounds will help toddlers connect to their breath, build coordination, and develop social skills, all while celebrating Hebrew language and Jewish culture. This class is a wonderful way to nurture body awareness, emotional well-being, and mindfulness—together in a joyful, creative space!
