We will review themes and interesting facts of Impossible Takes Longer: 75 Years After its Creation, Has Israel Fulfilled its Founders’ Dreams? by Daniel Gordis. There have been many changes “on the ground” since the publication date in April 2023. Our discussion will also address how the events and aftermath of October 7th has impacted the “successes” considered in the book, and the evolving views of Israelis.
