Thursdays, 3:00 – 6:00 pm

Join us on Thursday afternoons as we explore Jewish culture with hands-on activities and experiences. Make challah and other Jewish foods, create Jewish works of art, enjoy Jewish music, and so much more.

Enjoy quiet time for homework and reading or come to “Mo’adon” – Hebrew club! Play games and do projects, all in Hebrew! Strengthen Hebrew speaking skills by using the language.

Formal program from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. School pickup will be available from local schools and can be coordinated from other schools.

Fridays, 2:00 – 4:00 pm

Let’s get moving on Friday afternoons!

Children will run, jump and even juggle on Fridays at Nazooz. In partnership with Kids in Sports and Time Flies Circus, kids will be coached in balance, agility, teamwork, flexibility, communication and so much more. Students will develop physical skills used in various sports, in addition to a wide range of circus skills that will be put to use in a show, come spring!

The timing of this program is geared to Jewish Day School students who have early dismissal on Fridays. Two sessions of programming will be offered, the second beginning after 3:00 pm so that public and private school students can participate as well.

Sign up for the half-session (3:00 – 4:00) or the full session (2:00 – 4:00).

Children will be supervised until the start of Kabbalat Shabbat (the time varies each week, listed on the OZ calendar), by which time parents must collect their children. Families are invited to join the community for services on Friday evenings.
