We must commit to remembering our loved ones who perished in the Holocaust, to recalling our history and to learn lessons for our future, and to imagine a world more filled with the beauty that humanity can produce. Our Holocaust Memorial and Heroism Day ceremony is an hour that matters deeply to us at Or Zarua, as we listen to profound performances of beautiful sound, capture shock and remember our loved ones by reading our community’s Scroll of Honor.
If you have names of those who perished in the Holocaust to add to our Scroll of Honor please send them by noon, Thursday, April 13, to
Deborah Wenger (past names are carried forward).
If you are an accomplished musician and would be willing to share your talents at our ceremony please be in touch with
Rabbi Bolton. We seek more participants and attendees for this important ceremony.
